Status

Is Neptune Play still open?

The short answer is no. Neptune Play casino has not been reachable since spring 2026, and the register of its UK licensee tells the same story.

On 24 September 2026 we tried to open neptuneplay.com and the site did not load; there was no redirect to a new address. The last copy of the homepage that still works in the Internet Archive is dated 6 April 2026, with 364 games in the lobby and the Casino, Live Casino and Sport tabs in place.

The same day we read the Gambling Commission register. The brand's UK licensee, AG Communications Limited, still holds a current licence — but every one of the 76 domains listed under its account, neptuneplay.com among them, is marked Inactive.

The brand itself has published nothing we could find: no closure notice on the site, no player email that has surfaced, no press statement. That is why we describe Neptune Play UK as unavailable and stop there — the register shows a status, not a closing date, and nobody at the brand has given one. We would rather say what the sources say than fill the gap with a guess.

The seven dated points on the tide line below are everything we could pin to a source. Between April and June the picture changes from a working casino to a brand whose emails no longer arrive; after that, the September register status is the last fact on the line. Tap a buoy to read each point and see how many days separate it from the last working copy.

Is Neptune Play still open?

No — here is how the tide went out, date by date

Seven dated points from the public register, archived terms, an industry report and player reviews. Tap a buoy: the water rises to that point and the counter shows how far it is from the last working copy of the site.

Context

What happened to Neptune Play?

Neptune Play was one of many brands running on the Aspire Global white-label platform, and that platform was being wound down through the first half of 2026.

On 28 January 2026 the affiliate trade site iGBA reported that Aristocrat, the owner of Aspire Global, would close its entire white-label operation by 30 June 2026. The report named several sister brands and their dates: Luckland, SpinShake and Cashiopeia had already closed on 31 December 2025, while Hot7Casino, 24Spin and CasinoLuck were to stop taking bets after 12 February and close by 26 February 2026.

Neptune Play was not named in that article. What we know is the sequence: the last working copy of its site is from 6 April 2026, players were still reporting bonus and withdrawal issues in April and May, and by 27 June a reviewer wrote that none of the brand's email addresses worked any more.

What we do not know is the exact day Neptune Play went offline. No primary source gives one, so we do not invent it. The brands that shared its licence are listed on the page about other brands on the same licence.

Account

Can I still log in to Neptune Play?

No. The Neptune Play login page was part of the site, and the site does not open — so there is nowhere to enter a username and password.

  1. Do not use a "new" login page

Pages that call themselves a Neptune Play casino login, a new address or an alternative entrance are not the brand: it has no new address. Typing your old details into one of them only hands them to a stranger.

  2. Find your account emails

Search your inbox for messages from Neptune Play: the welcome email with your account number, deposit confirmations, withdrawal requests. They are the evidence a complaint is built on.

  3. Follow the money route

If a balance was left in the account, the complaint route from the brand's own terms — operator first, then eight weeks, then the ADR service — is set out step by step on our withdrawal page.

If you had set a self-exclusion inside Neptune Play, it applied under clause 4.13 of the terms and covered that site only. GamStop works independently of any brand: a GamStop exclusion continues to block every UK-licensed site regardless of what happened to Neptune Play.

Licence

Who ran Neptune Play

One line from the register and one from the terms — that is all the licence story needs.

UK: AG Communications Limited, UKGC account 39483, St Julians, Malta — domain neptuneplay.com Inactive (register, 24 Sep 2026).

The register shows the licensee's Casino Remote licence running from 1 November 2014, betting from 28 September 2017 and bingo from 27 August 2019, all still Active/Current, under the trading name aspireglobal.

For markets outside the UK, version 261 of the terms named a different company: Aspire Global International Ltd, Malta, company C42296, licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority under MGA/CRP/148/2007. The two entries do not contradict each other — one is the UK licensee, the other the operator of the platform elsewhere. What we could not verify is listed at the foot of this page.

What Neptune Play offered

Read from the last working copy of the site, 6 April 2026 — everything here is in the past tense on purpose.

The lobby on the homepage showed 364 different games from 16 studios. SYNOT led with 99 tiles, followed by Stakelogic with 54, Wizard Games with 45, Gamomat with 36, Pragmatic Play with 32, Play'n GO with 28 and NetEnt with 27; nine smaller studios made up the rest. The site had three sections — Casino, Live Casino and Sport.

The sportsbook had its rules in the terms: a minimum stake of £0.10 under clause 18.2, and a maximum win of £90,000 per bet and £90,000 per calendar month under clauses 19.2 and 19.3. The brand never published a total game count, so 364 is what a visitor could see on that day, not an official figure.

Offers

Neptune Play bonuses: what was on offer

There is no live Neptune Play offer and no working code. What survives is a dated policy document.

The last bonus policy we could read is the non-UK version archived on 2 August 2025. It described a first-deposit match of 100% up to $50 with 20 free spins on Book of Dead, then 40 free spins on each of the second and third deposits, from a $20 minimum. The bonus had to be wagered 35 times; free-spin winnings 50 times, capped at $100.

For UK players those numbers were already out of date before the site went offline: according to iGBA, wagering on UK bonuses has been capped at 10x since 19 January 2026. A UK-specific copy of the policy does not survive in public archives, so we quote the version and the currency as they are.

Payments and withdrawals as they were

The brand's help page on cash-out times, archived on 2 August 2025, listed these windows after a withdrawal was approved. They are published times, not our test.

  • Debit cardsInstant – up to 6 working days
  • PayPal, Skrill, Neteller, MuchBetterInstant – up to 2 working days
  • Trustly, Pay N Play, instant bankingUp to 4 working days
  • Rapid Transfer, ecoPayz, AstroPayUp to 4 working days
  • Bank wire2 – 6 working days

Two UK-specific rules stood out in the Cash Out Policy. Withdrawals to Mastercard Debit and to Paysafecard were not possible, so players who had deposited that way were pointed to bank wire, PayPal or Skrill instead. And the option to cancel a pending withdrawal had been removed "for regulatory reasons".

Credit cards had not been accepted from UK players since 14 April 2020 under clause 7.7 of the terms, which means almost every UK balance sat behind a debit card or an e-wallet. The identity checks the brand ran before a payout — ID, a card photo with the middle digits hidden, a statement or bill no older than three months — are the same papers a complaint needs now.

Where to play now

We do not name a replacement, and we do not point to "the same operator". Four checks separate a safe choice from a risky one.

  1. The licence number matches the register

A UK Gambling Commission account number in the footer, and the same domain listed as Active under that account on the public register.

  2. GamStop is in place

Every UK-licensed site takes part in GamStop; a site that does not is not licensed here.

  3. Wagering within the UK cap

According to iGBA, UK bonus wagering has been limited to 10x since 19 January 2026 — a higher figure is a warning sign.

  4. A cashier you can read

Published withdrawal times per method, a clear document list, and no surprises about which cards can be paid out to.

Questions

Neptune Play FAQ

Is Neptune Play still working?

No. The Neptune Play site has not loaded since spring 2026; the last working archived copy of its homepage is from 6 April 2026. On 24 September 2026 all 76 domains listed for its UK licensee, AG Communications Limited (UKGC account 39483), showed as Inactive. The brand has not published an announcement we could find.

Why did Neptune Play close?

The brand has not explained it. Neptune Play ran on the Aspire Global white-label platform, and iGBA reported on 28 January 2026 that Aristocrat would close its entire white-label operation by 30 June 2026. Several sister brands shut earlier, between December 2025 and February 2026. Neptune Play was not named in that report.

Can I log in to my Neptune Play account?

No, the login page is part of the site that no longer loads. Do not enter your details on pages offering a "new Neptune Play login" — the brand has no new address. Keep your account emails and transaction history and follow the complaint route on our withdrawal page.

Was Neptune Play licensed in the UK?

Yes, while it operated. The UK Gambling Commission register lists neptuneplay.com under AG Communications Limited, account 39483, based in St Julians, Malta. The licence itself is shown as current, but as of 24 September 2026 the neptuneplay.com domain is marked Inactive.

What happens to money left in a Neptune Play account?

Start with the operator: its terms (section 9) gave the operator eight weeks to answer a complaint, after which UK players could take it to the independent ADR service eCOGRA. Gather ID, account email and transaction records first. Our withdrawal page lists each step.

Did Neptune Play have a sportsbook?

Yes. Alongside the casino and live casino, Neptune Play ran a Sport section. Its terms set a minimum stake of £0.10 (section 18.2) and a maximum win of £90,000 per bet and £90,000 per month (sections 19.2–19.3).

Where can I play instead of Neptune Play?

Choose a casino that shows a UK Gambling Commission licence number in its footer and matches the same entry on the public register, is covered by GamStop and publishes clear withdrawal times. Our comparison button lists UK-licensed options; always check the terms before depositing. 18+.

Verdict

Neptune Play is unavailable — and it has said nothing about it

The site has not loaded since spring 2026, every domain of its UK licensee sits Inactive on the register, and no announcement has been made. If money was left in an account, the route is the complaint procedure from the brand's own terms. If you want to keep playing, choose a site whose licence you can check on the register yourself.

Checked 24 September 2026 — how we checked

On 24 September 2026 we tried to open neptuneplay.com (it did not load), read the Gambling Commission register entry for AG Communications Limited and its domain list, read the archived terms (version 261, 23 Feb 2026) and searched the UK App Store and Google Play.

What we couldn't verify

We found no official closure notice and no exact closing date. We could not check the site from a UK connection, and no UK-specific copy of the terms or footer survives in public archives.
